Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has gone beyond one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the drug awareness programme known as “The Truth About Drugs”, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.
Approximately hundreds of volunteers across the country are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.
The campaign is connected to broader humanitarian initiatives supported by the Church of news eu ai act Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
